Et Tu, Las Vegas? T R U T Hparadise

On a darling little street lined with maple and ash trees under which cars were parked, there lived two friends Arch and Ronny. Arch lived in a house owned by a group who owned every house on his side of the street. Ronny's house was right across the street and was owned by Ronny's mom and dad. Arch and Ronny played together every day - they played stickball, hide the falsie, cowboys, army, ride their bikes and once in a while truth or dare. Ronny's favorite thing was to play let's pretend with Arch. One time the Kellers up the street got a new refrigerator and a stove and they put the boxes they were delivered in out in the trash. Arch & Ronny took the boxes and made a fort in Ronny's back yard. Inside there, they started a let's pretend game and Ronny said "let's pretend every person on the street had enough money to buy nice things and have enough food and drive a nifty car." Arch said "no, let's pretend everyone on the street has to go to the home owner's group before they can spend money on anything." Ronny said "that's stupid." Arch said "no, you're the poopy pants" and he went home and told his dad who went to the home owners group. They ended up calling Ronny's dad threatening to sell their entire stockpile of his IOU's to a debt collector unless Ronny said he was sorry for calling Arch stupid. Ronny's dad then arranged to have a drone equipped with sidewinder and helllfire II missiles fly overhead just to give the home owner's group an incentive to think about cashing in those IOUs. Meanwhile, Arch and Ronny were back at the fort shaking hands and agreeing that it would be so cool if everybody could just get along like they do.

Now this particular street always used to get along until SCOTUS pimped out elections and elected officials represent their financiers instead of everyday people. Now it's "all you need is dynamite" and "follow the money". Does it really matter what side of the street you were born into? If a cat has kittens in the oven does it make them biscuits? See what I meant?
