edge edge

This whole concept is bullshit - no excuses. But today in 1970, M*A*S*H hit the screens and although I wasn't there on opening day, I did get to see it at a drive-in zonked with two two dizzy babes in the backseat loopy on Cold Duck. Now this is one of the Top 100 funny movies of all time but inside that car that night (can't remember if it was a '68 Charger or a '70 Datsun) the laughter bordered on vomitting. When they dropped the side of the shower and Hot Lips was exposed, it was slapstick funny, pratfall funny, spit-take funny all gazed thru a smoky haze. Thought you might be mildly curious about who was in the car, but everyone but me is somewhere else. Forty three years have passed and I'm still trying to get laughs like the ones Altman triggered in M*A*S*H. N
