WE DON'T KNOW HOW STRONG WE ARE UNTIL BEING STRONG IS OUR ONLY CHOICE

I call it a controlled panic attack. Talking on the phone with my kin (or anyone who makes the conversation on the phone too long) and I pace around the area like a nervous dad-to-be in the waiting room. Pleas to relax and sit down and enjoy the conversation are futile. When I finally end the call, relief is not a strong enough description of how feel. GAD, man - anxiety.  That says I'm not phobic-free.  This must be handled without CNS meds if possible.  First idea is scheduled phone calls, like simulated flights for the fearful of flying. Maybe not making too big of a deal about this.

Kathy (Laura Linney) on Big C finds her replacement for her hubby before she dies. That resonated because unfinished business left for your survivors shows lack of caring. Too young to think about dying and too aged to leave unconventional requests undocumented. So:
1 - Don't want a funeral or any "service"
2 - Don't care about endowments or bequeathing stuff - my girl's decision is final.
3 - OK to donate my body to science.

Now, back to life everlasting and like they wrote in Proverbs : She is worth far more than rubies . . .
